JULY 2010:  TimeOut Sydney have just nominated Britpop as one of Sydney’s Top 5 Monthlies:

Indie nights in Sydney don’t have to mean hanging with 18 yr old kids from the Shire and listening to dodgy MSTRKRFT remixes.

Taking its cues from Club NME in London, Britpop is the face of indie/alternative music from the mother country.  For over 2 years now, the ego-free Britpop DJs have been destroying Sydney dancefloors with new and classic British indie tunes.

Britpop is not just about the golden years of 1992 – 1997.  We exist to celebrate ALL British music, as long as it’s fucking rad!  We don’t have “celebrity” DJs and we don’t play hiphop.
