Do It Yourself – The Story Of Rough Trade

Do yourself a favour this weekend and surrender 90 minutes of your life to this incredible BBC4 documentary about the troubled times and egos at Rough Trade – possibly the single most important UK indie label EVER.  It features tonnes of rare Smiths footage, some horrendous Top Of The Pops fashion crimes and some absolutely stunning music from the likes of The Normal, Stiff Little Fingers and Pulp (ignore the Duffy intro).
